I decided to expand on that section furthermore by dedicating this post to songs and artists I recommend. I will preface this before moving on, my music taste it diverse. A little bit of everything mixed into a pot. So, I don&#8217;t believe that all of my recommendations will land well with everyone. Most of my recommendations within this post are within the rowdy realm like metal, screamo, etc ( \u2022\u0301\u032f \u2083 \u2022\u0300\u032f)<\/p>\n<p>Without a further ado, here we go \u0669(\u02f6\u00b4\u0f25`\u02f6)\u0648<\/p>\n<p>About a year ago, I had dabbled into punk music. Most specifically, <strong>d-beat<\/strong>, it&#8217;s a music genre that has inspired Crust Punk. For a little bit of background, Crust Punk is a fusion genre between extreme metal and anarcho-punk. Songs within this specific genre contains lyrics of real-life problems and the vocalist&#8217;s stance on it.\u00a0 All discussion within songs is primarily anti-capitalism, environmentalism, anarchism, etc. There have also been other discussions like feminism, veganism, and animal rights sung within this genre. D-beat takes its name from a band named <em>Discharge (<\/em>D-beat means Discharge-beat) I&#8217;ll link some songs that fit under this genre.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Drunk with power &#8211; Discharge<\/li>\n<li>Police Bastard (covered by Pesti!) &#8211; Doom<\/li>\n<li>My Meds Aren&#8217;t Working &#8211; Dystopia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I also recommend &#8216;Number One Hypocrite&#8217; by Dystopia (\u2727\u2207\u2727)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indie\u00a0<\/strong>holds a piece of my heart (\u2661\u02ca\u0348 \ua4b3 \u02cb\u0348) The artist I&#8217;ll say I listen to the most within this genre is Alex G or Big Thief, but I also listen to Black Box Recorder a whole lot too. Indie music, also known as independent music, is characterized by creative freedom and a DIY mentality to it. This makes a varying about of musical approaches, lyrics, how they&#8217;re sung, the instruments, etc. Here&#8217;s my recommendations (\u27270\u2727) Each artist has their own section with songs I&#8217;ve selected. I&#8217;ll underline the ones I&#8217;d recommend the most.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Black Box Recorder &#8211; Kidnapping an Heiress, The Art of Driving, <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">C<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">hild Psychology<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Mitski &#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Cop Car<\/span>, Drunk Walk Home (Live version), Last words of a shooting star<\/li>\n<li>Alex G &#8211; Hope, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">I&#8217;m not like the other girls<\/span> (unreleased), Forever<\/li>\n<li>Big Thief &#8211; Paul, Not (live), <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vampire Empire (Demo)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In my previous blog, I discussed a lot of metal. So, I&#8217;ve decided to talk about it furthermore.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>My love for <strong>metal<\/strong> has been a thing since I was young. <em>Skillet<\/em> was my first exposure to it when I was 7 years old. It died down, but then in 2023 a friend introduced me to <em>Deftones.\u00a0<\/em>Deftones had made me love metal more than I can ever state. I have a collection of merch like shirts and CDs ( \u02ca\u1d55\u02cb )\u2661 I own almost all albums, but I still have another eight albums to get. I also own some Korn and System of a Down albums along with a Skillet and an Evanescence album. I haven&#8217;t been to any concert yet, but I hope to go to one soon.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Scream of The Butterfly &#8211; Acid Bath<\/li>\n<li>Duct Taped to a Flagpole &#8211; Party Cannon<\/li>\n<li>Tavern &#8211; Netherwalker<\/li>\n<li>Misanthropy &#8211; Decalius<\/li>\n<li>Absurdism &#8211; Glistening<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m Sorry &#8211; I will always remember<\/li>\n<li>Siege Tower &#8211; Curta&#8217;n Wall<\/li>\n<li>Rabid &#8211; Mortician<\/li>\n<li>Mascara &#8211; Deftones\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I feel like a cornball for liking <strong>Screamo<\/strong>, but this genre is so good please trust me ( \u00b0\u3141\u00b0) There have been some Screamo songs that have gotten popular, but only for a certain part.
