I&#8217;m all shook up.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Warning:\u00a0 This is a rant about my unconditional love for Elvis Presley.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;You touch my hand and I&#8217;m a king&#8230;That&#8217;s the wonder of you.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Elvis Aaron Presley.\u00a0 I swear to God, I am naming my child after him.\u00a0 I have already named my horse after him when he was foaled.\u00a0 \u00a0He is my hero.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Take my hand.\u00a0 Take my whole life, too.\u00a0 For, I can&#8217;t help falling in love with you.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Elvis will always have a place in my heart.\u00a0 He made memorable music for any occasion and inspired and captured the hearts of many others.\u00a0\u00a0Elvis is ranked among other great singers\/songwriters such as Salinas, Whitney, and Garth.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;While I can dream, let it come true right now.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As many people suspect, his songs aren&#8217;t about just love.\u00a0 They represent emotions and conditions of the human heart.\u00a0 For example, &#8220;In the Ghetto&#8221;.\u00a0 They are also healing and distraction of those same emotions.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Is your heart filled with pain&#8230;Tell me dear are you lonesome tonight?&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Elvis had an energy that makes you want to dance no matter your mood or the mood of the song.\u00a0 Maybe this is why so many of his songs are featured in movies.\u00a0 They get you pumped, excited for whatever comes next.\u00a0 Or, they get you prepped and ready for all that&#8217;s coming.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Well, he plays something evil.<br \/>\nThen, he plays something sweet.<br \/>\nNo matter what he plays,<br \/>\nYou got to get up on your feet.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As you can tell, my love for Elvis is an endless pit.\u00a0 I can&#8217;t tell you many more artists that I know of that have captured me with every song they&#8217;ve ever produced.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;When I first saw you, with your smile so tender, my heart was captured.\u00a0 My soul surrendered.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Elvis not only created musica with versatile moods, but his songs contained a new sense of genre and started a revolution in the industry.\u00a0 Songs such as, &#8220;Jailhouse Rock&#8221; strongly promoted this new genre.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Let&#8217;s rock.\u00a0 Everybody let&#8217;s rock.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Elvis knew his roots and never quite forgot them.\u00a0 \u00a0This is such and admirable trait.\u00a0 He also tributed a song, &#8220;An American Trilogy&#8221; to soldiers of America.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Oh, I wish I was in Dixie, away away, in Dixieland. I&#8217;ll take my stand to live and die in dixie, for Dixieland was where I was born..look away, look away Dixieland.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>I hope you can find love in your heart for such a devoted man.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m in love.
